As a San Francisco Bay Area photographer, newborn sessions hold a unique place in my heart. I love capturing the pure sweetness of a new baby and documenting this fleeting time for families. Plus, I get to enjoy some baby time myself, which I deeply treasure as a mom of two.

This family recently invited me into their home for a newborn session to document their baby boy who had just turned 4 months old.  They wanted to capture these early days while he was still so young. This little guy was alert, calm, and incredibly sweet. He followed my movements with his bright eyes, making it easy to capture those precious moments that truly reveal his developing personality.

The love and dedication his parents showed for their baby was evident in every interaction. Their warmth and care made the session flow naturally. It’s moments like these that remind me why I love being a San Francisco Bay Area photographer. I get to witness and document the deep connections that make each family unique.

During the session, we focused on creating a comfortable and relaxed environment. I aimed to capture his sweet expressions, tiny features, and the beautiful bond between him and his parents. Each moment felt genuine and full of love. I’m honored to be part of these meaningful times in a family’s life, knowing how important these memories.
