Rather than directing every moment, I guide gently and observe closely — allowing connection, personality, and rhythm to unfold. The result is imagery that reflects who you are — candid, connected, and unforced.
Your Family’s Visual Storyteller
I’m an Oakland-based newborn and family photographer with a background in early childhood special education. For more than 15 years, I worked closely with children and families — learning how to build trust, follow a child’s lead, and create environments where connection can unfold naturally.
That experience shapes the way I photograph. My sessions are relationship-based and child-led. I guide when needed, but I pay close attention — allowing space for personality, movement, and genuine interaction.
Every family has its own rhythm. My role is to document it with intention and clarity.

Why This Work Matters to Me
Beyond my years in early childhood education, my love for photography grew from my own family — from a deep desire to preserve the everyday moments with my two children.
After losing my mother, I experienced firsthand how photographs safeguard memory — how they hold the presence of someone we love. They become tangible reminders of what might otherwise fade with time.
That understanding informs every session. The images we create aren’t just for now — they’re for the years ahead, preserving the connections, details, and emotions that define your family’s story.
